Thank you for the invitation for "Alexina of Shoreham" and her crew to join the 20th EMYR.
We are sorry to say that we will not be able to join. Our cruising plans are to visit the Black Sea and the Northern Aegean before wintering in the Ionian and spending the following year in Croatia.
Our time on the EMYR was one of the great experiences of our lives. Our daughter, Tiger, believes it was the greatest experience of her life. We shall never forget the goodwill, the parties, the welcome and the feeling of belonging to an honourable enterprise.
The EMYR has been and continues to be important for not only promoting yachting in the Eastern Mediterranean but also promoting understanding in this troubled region.
